What size are the beads?

Currently all beads posted are 15-16mm in size. We will be releasing larger and smaller sized beads soon!

Can I get a refund if I get the measurement wrong and the collar doesn't fit?

No, all sales are final. Please do not guess on the measurement.

What material is the wire that holds the beads?

It is stainless steel braided wire.

Can I use this collar as an everyday collar?

We do not recommend using this collar for every day use. Dogs should only wear this collar while under supervision.

What happens if the collar breaks?

These collars are very durable, but if you think you got a defected collar please email us and let us know and we will make it right.

How do I pay for my collar?
